It all goes back to poor planning. They decided to put the sale on to boost their ridership immediately after the strike, but no one planned for this amount of demand. They didn't have the man power, the network bandwidth or anything to deal with it.

Not only that but yesterday, I tried calling from 6 pm until very late. It was ringing busy!!!!!!!!! It usually at least give you a message and put you on hold. What the ” #^%^@” is going on with them???
